Kudos to Tim! Had my car towed last week and he was wonderful and professional. Drove me to the dealership and went the extra mile to drive me home. Great customer service***

After having issues with trying to get a tow set up thru my auto insurance, I finally gave up and called one on my own. They had someone out very quickly and sent the type of tow truck I requested as I asked for a flat bed. Another company earlier in the day had sent a wheel lift which I didn't want. I had had a very long day where nothing went as I had planned. It meant a lot that 101 Towing responded quickly and that the tow driver, Art, was friendly.

Chris was OUTSTANDING! He communicated his arrival time and actually showed up earlier than he had estimated. He was very friendly, funny, and professional. He took very good care of my car. He made my stressful situation, less stressful and I thank him for that. Hopefully, I won’t need to have my car towed again; however, if I do, I hope that Chris is the one I get to work with. Thank you!
